Reliable Fixed-rate Flow Control

IntelliFlow® was introduced in 1998 as the first fixed-rate flow control system designed from the “bottom up” to meet the demands of aerial spraying. The systems are deployed around the world by our airborne agriculture customers. Their confidence in its precision and integrity prompted them to encourage us to develop a variable rate system based upon the IntelliFlow platform. In 2002 we introduced Target Flow®, our variable rate system which incorporates many of the ongoing enhancements suggested to us by our clients. Target Flow has proven to be extremely responsive to rate change requirements and is easy to use, thanks to the user friendly, widows-based FliteTrac office software. More recently we added a Spray Off option to our DGPS Flying Flagman system which is again accessed through the FliteTrac software.

Target Flow, Spray Off and Target Flow Zone (TFZ) are now in use by our customers in the U.S., Central and South America, and Asia. To the best of our knowledge this is the only proven variable rate flow control system for aerial applications in the world.

IntelliFlow® provides an advanced Hardware/Software combination for uniform chemical coverage, irrespective of aircraft speeds, boom pressure variations, etc. IntelliFlow and its associated software suite Target Flow/Spray Off/Target Flow Zone provide a complement for essential Disease Control and/or crop growth regulation. This combination will provide the needed economical savings needed by the agricultural industry.
